    As another season comes to an end and we get ready to close our doors (or flaps!), there are definitely some thank you's in order. First, I'd like to thank Brenda for putting up with me each week as I frantically tried to get my barhopper written (haha). I'd also like to thank our entire 2011 Ducks family for another successful season, especially our manager, Shawn. You rock! And finally, on behalf of the entire staff, I would like to sincerely thank all of our loyal customers. You make us look forward to coming to work everyday! Thanks for all that you do for us and we can't wait to see you all next year.

    Hey OC! I'm back!!! Sorry that I've been MIA lately, but I've been too busy enjoying this unexpected October weather!! As you can imagine, the sunshine has made for some killer sunsets down at the Duck, so be sure to come down soon and take advantage before the season is over. We still have a great happy hour Monday-Friday from 4-7pm featuring discounted drink specials including $1.75 Natty Lights, $2.50 Domestics, $3.75 Imports, $3.00 Rails, and $4.25 glasses of wine.
    If entertainment is what you're looking for, The Chest Pains will rock the dock on Saturday from 4-9pm. ARE YOU READY FOR SOME FOOTBALL? Catch your favorite game at Ducks this Sunday while we serve you cold beer and team shot specials. It doesn't get much better than watching the game on the water, so be sure to get here early to snag a seat.
    I was so happy to see the locals out in full force last week. A big thanks to my Wednesday Crew last week--Bubz, Grimmy, Bux, Wes, Sean, Darryl, Mac, Joey & Travis, Doug & Deb, Mark & Crystal--you guys made my day!! Good to see some old faces last weekend... Matty & Goody, Freddie, Beth, Tracey, Dave Black, The Dock Boys, Rick & Joan, Jerry & Patty, Dale & Cindy, Maryanne, The Baylines, Chuck & Loretta, Bob, and those who I've forgotten... thanks for hangin with us!!!
