Where has the time gone? It seems it was just a short time ago the aroma of suntan lotion and Piña Coladas were everywhere. Soon it will be roasted turkey and pumpkin pie. Not to worry, holiday reservations are being accepted. Chef Helmut, Chef Rob and Chef Paul are making their lists and checking them twice to make sure your turkey dinner will be “over stuffed” with all the goodies!
    I want to give a very big shout out to the newest member of our culinary team. He rides with Chef Paul and his name tag reads Paisano, but all the women in his life – Angie, Yvonne, Keri, Angela, Karen, Bonnie and Tina all call him Pi. This four-footed, furry beast gets more kisses, cuddles and hugs than any pooch I know. He is definitely a chick-magnet! Karlie had a celebration this week. It was a great event with hot dogs and marshmallows cooked over the fire-pit. There was football and volley ball on the beach and everyone had an excellent time. Happy Birthday, Karlie!
