Well, is anyone ready for summer yet? I am still trying to dig myself out, and as of this reporting, more snow is on the way. What have we done to get Mother Nature so upset with us? Valentine’s weekend is suppose to be the time we all start thinking about warmer days…right about now those days seem so far off.
    The first shout-out of the new year has to go to my wife, Zoe, on our first wedding anniversary. Then there is a big “Welcome back!” to Lisa, who has been cruising the Caribbean for the past week. Also, Tom and Yvonne avoided the last snow fall while they joined Gracie on a cruise . That was definitely good planning on their part.
    Danny and his band First Class will be driving up the temperature this weekend by keeping everyone on the dance floor. That is one way to keep warm on Friday and Saturday night. Ms. Trudi has just returned from her annual pilgrimage to the Super Bowl. Between the pre-game and post-game parties and the big game itself, tell me if she is not going to need another vacation to rest-up from this one!
    I have a feeling that “fast Eddie” has been hiding on the beaches of Cancun. He was MIA this weekend, and it takes more than a few inches of snow to keep him away from The Ocean Club. The man is constantly working on his tan. As for me, I just report the news; not make it. Until next time…
