Hey Everyone! Wow, summer is just about over but not before we celebrate LABOR DAY. I know everyone in town has worked hard all summer and is looking forward to the second season...Aaaahhh!  Labor Day is just around the corner ... not only do we have round 5 of the Miss Seacrets Bikini Contest, we are having fireworks to end the summer of 09!  (The bikini contest & the fireworks are on Sunday, Sept 6th.) Stop by for food, libations and fireworks, no better way to end the summer.
    This weekend we have: The Jim Long Band, Verdict and Screaming Broccoli, Saturday features; The Jim Long Band, Jon Maurer, Verdict and Bliss and Sunday features; Power Play & Lucky You.  Stop in to check out the live entertainment and for some great food and drinks.  Don't forget, we have Happy Hour drink specials seven days a week, featuring a different liquor special each day!!
    Happy Belated Birthday to Kelly!  Thanks to Edward & Clare for coming all the way from Austin, Texas, for some jerk chicken; glad you could make it!  Also in this week, the usual party bar crowd, Dave (Water Ways), Denny (Greene Turtle), Greg (Olive Tree), Kurt, Lisa came all the way from FLA and CHANGED her flight so she could stay longer to be with her honey... Can you believe it's here already?? Labor Day Sunday brings the last round of Miss Seacrets before the finals on Bike Week Sunday, September 20th!!  Who will be crowned Miss Seacrets 2009??? Come out and cheer on your fave!!!!
    Irie people at Seacrets this week were Max & Maria and kids, Dave & Nina (Holy Crap), Bob & Carole, Manny, Linda & Jamie, Moose, Mr & Mrs Claus, The Turlington's, The Stouts, Andy D., Jeannie, Tommy & Patty, Jason Clem (can't believe you are a Browns fan), and Ron & Harriet!!  Girl, I know you can bake, but you may have outdone yourself last Saturday - those cookies were banging!! Thanks for the "it's NOT trash" Ron!!  
    Party your Pain In de Ass off this weekend with The Jim Long Band, reggae sounds from da boyz from Miami, Innasense, and the rocking tunes of Lifespeed. Rew Smith joins us on Saturday on the pier stage and Power Play will keep you dancing at the Sunday Beach Party!!!     Thanks to SOJA for putting on an excellent concert on Monday night.  A very special THANK YOU to Leighton for hosting  the summer employee party on the beach! Everyone had a great time! The food was excellent, thanks to the hard working kitchen staff.  A special thank you to Rico & DJ for manning the grills on THE hottest day of the summer of 09!
